February 17, 2012 — Students currently enrolled in a supply management degree program can get a head start on success and meet with peers and professionals from around the world at the 97th Annual International Supply Management Conference and Educational Exhibit. Candidates seeking a Conference Scholarship must be able to attend ISM's 97th Annual Conference, May 6-9, 2012 in Baltimore. To be eligible, candidates must be current ISM student members. Click here for information on dues-free membership for full-time students who meet qualifications, or visit ISM at www.instituteforsupplymanagement.org and select Membership, then Students and Educators.
To apply for a 2012 ISM Conference scholarship, submit a one-page essay responding to (1) one of the following topics:
- Why I chose supply management as my major
- What I see as the future of supply management
Format responses in 12-point text and submit via email to Melanie Larimer at firstname.lastname@example.org by March 9, 2012. ISM Conference scholarship recipients will be notified by Wednesday, March 14, 2012.
Scholarships include free Conference registration and US$1,000 toward travel expenses. The scholarships will be awarded on Monday, May 7, 2012 in Baltimore at the 4th Annual ISM Student Reception.
