Engaging Speakers Will Inform and Inspire at ISM's 96th Supply Management Conference

(TEMPE, Ariz.) February 7, 2011 — The best and brightest in supply management will convene in Orlando this May at the 96th Annual International Supply Management Conference and Educational Exhibit, presented by Institute for Supply Management™ (ISM). ISM's Conference takes place May 15-18, 2011 at the Gaylord Palms Resort & Convention Center.

Don't miss Sidney Johnson, CPSM, vice president, Global Supply Management, Delphi Corporation, as he delivers Sunday's opening general session keynote, "The Challenges to Supply Management and Supply Management Professionals as the U.S. Economy Emerges From Recession." Johnson leads a 1,300 person global team of procurement professionals that is focused on direct, indirect and logistics as well as processes and systems, and quality. He has more than 20 years of experience in purchasing, operations, quality and lean manufacturing principles and is currently serving a two-year term as ISM Board Chair.

Monday's keynote speaker, Daniel Burrus, technology futurist and business strategist, will speak on "Leading With Strategic Foresight and Certainty." Over the past 26 years, Burrus has established a worldwide reputation for his exceptional record of accurately predicting how technological, social and business forces are converging to create enormous, untapped opportunities.

Don't miss Wednesday's keynote session, "From Politics to the Boardroom: Fearless Leadership," presented by Arianna Huffington.
